  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


🚛 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price—no surprise fees at checkout.


⏱️ Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location but generally fall within:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.


📍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tommy’s Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
