Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Tommy’s Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
